Skills. Some of my machine operators are seniors by me in age so they have good hand on there machines. So learn the skills from them and also exchange your skills with them and educate the other juniors.

When you are working alone you gain some special power, i e decesion making power.
What was your worst working experience?
I got minor accident while working on machine. I got fracture in my tow finguers in lefthand, so i was completely unfit for shopfloor for twenty one days. In these twenty one days i lost my priceless time on shopfloor.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
Consistency in my industry.

I can control a unit with both manner DUPLEX AND CORRUGATION also i can work on machine.

Want to be a good human being with good qualities like good team leader, a good printing engineer.

On my shopfloor i dont want to be the part of problem, i want to be solution of that problem.
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
When you are working as a team leader a single human error which is done by other can cause faliuar to your project.
