both because without one its quite difficult to make it in life.

we gain interpersonal skills and knowledge, learn the most important virtues like self control, create new bonds of friendships, we learn also to respect other peoples personalities and religions and believes.

one is always challenged, one learns to appreciate the skills and works of other because in each individual we cannot have all the skills. it also give us room to teach our selves how to submit and be humble.
What was your worst working experience?
working as a car wash attendant in a society that didn't have the least of respect.
