I have no specific state or country where i would prefer to work.I can say am flexible.reason being am single and can adopt on any environment.

I would say, have only had a chance to work in my country Kenya.

Am on the marketing field dealing with product promotion.

.I hold a diploma in marketing management from Kenya institute of management. .I hold diploma in sales and marketing from Universal Training college .Am also computer literate in windows,ms word ms excel and ms power point.
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
I value skills.reasons being in marketing field it requires more skills.i can have formal education but if i dont have the skills to apply on my work then i guess everything goes to waste.my employer needs to see what i can bring to the company and not how many degrees i hold.since all come down to one thing company's growth and profits.

I believe two heads are better than one.when i work with other people the work is easen,you tend to get different and new ideas from other people and also sometimes it gives you more strength to work.

Sometimes its good to work alone so that you can spot where your strengths and weaknesses are.

Working where there's no challenges and career growth.

To love what your doing and do it whole heartedly and money should not always be a motivating factor.

The fact that you meet all kind of people with different likes and needs,and you are able to respect and appreciate.
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
Meeting short tempered clients who cant understand other people's opinion.But at the end of the day "the client is always right".
As an employer what should you do to make your sales people perform.
.Learn to motivate your employees. .provide trainings and forums for sales people. .Encourage team play. .congratulate and appreciate where its needed.
