Besides my corlorful certificate in the basic computer packages, I hold a glisterning KCSE certificate reading A(83 points out of the possible 84). Besides I hold numerous certificates in the curriculum and the co-curriculum fields of high school, eg, ranked best boy in the Rariede district KCSE 2010, best in BORDETA( Bondo Rarieda Districts Enlish Teachers Assocciation)_2009 Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider skills more valuable to the equally valuable formal education since one can gain all the formall education present which will otherwise be unproductive without being practical. Similarly, one might be very practical but without formal education he ends up nowhere. From my personal judgement, the two are like two different sides of a coin which though don't face each other, must exist with a bonding between them. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others is far much benefitial than how any description can portray it. Foremost, it allows the inexperienced to gain wholesome knowledge, skills and even confidence from the experined since they can share a tip or two during the job.
