both are important to bring an all round person.they correlate and therefore cannot work without the other.

brings about generation of new ideas and how to tackle technical problems.creates competition which in turn generates more sales.it also nets people together irrespective of roots,language,origin etc

concentration and faster clearance of work.decision is paramount therefore allows one to decide quickly.no arguing as its faster.

you can be what you want to be if you put your heart in it and knowing that someone somewhere doesn't have a job.work like you are being paid trillions.

hardworking,honest,target conscious,a sense of humor with great customer care(social).

an organization that allows creativity and is open to allow junior workers to bring in there suggestions and workers are treated like brothers and not slaves.

meeting new people and field work to meet targets.
