What field do you currently work in? currently am not working. What fields have you worked in before? I have worked as a personal Assistant,a trainee and a clerk. What qualifications do you hold? I hold a Certificate in Secretarial practices,Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management and currently studying Advanced Diploma in Project Management. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? i consider Skills more valuable. this is because skills would enable me to practically handle the people am working with and also help me in enhancing public relations. Describe the benefits of working with others working with others would help me learn and experience new things that would help me improve on my skills, it also assists in appreciating other people's cultures and characters. Describe the benefits of working alone working alone would enable me avoid negative interruptions that would delay me in achieving my goals especially when i need to bit a deadline. What was your worst working experience? my worst working experience is when my employer feels unsatisfied with my work, i feel that am under performing which is a very bad sign. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? throughout my career i have learnt that team work is always the way forward so as to achieve organizational goals. I believe i can make people listen me to without using harsh authority on them What would you consider as your 'dream job'? my Dream Job is to work as a PA of a very important CEO. organizing such an important person is a great experience. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The most interesting aspects in my field is when i come up with an idea that is later implemented. To me its like an achieved project. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? My least interesting aspect is when my colleagues do not appreciate the aspect of team work. what are your career expectations?
