Formal education or skills and why? Skills: Because with skills one is more practical than theoretical. One is able train those with formal education on the job. Describe the benefits of working with others I have learnt to deal with people of diversified views. I have learnt to be patient with people because not everybody is patient. It also helps me compare my expertise with those of others. Describe the benefits of working alone It helps me concentrate more to the detail. What was your worst working experience? Having travelled to Mau of Narok district for field survey, it rained cats and dogs and there was no way of travelling back to Narok town. I had to spend the night in the rural areas of people unknown to me. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To always pay attention to the details.
