I have learnt to deal with people of diversified views. I have learnt to be patient with people because not everybody is patient. It also helps me compare my expertise with those of others.

What was your worst working experience?
Having travelled to Mau of Narok district for field survey, it rained cats and dogs and there was no way of travelling back to Narok town. I had to spend the night in the rural areas of people unknown to me.

To always pay attention to the details.
