I am looking for a Human Relations oriented job preferably in customer service in one of these industries -Call Centers, Banks, Telecommunications,Hospitality and NGO`s.

Kenyan

English and Kiswahili both very fluent

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Nairobi Kenya, I am currently a student in Nairobi and therefore would need a job that is within the Nairobi area that will allow me to continue with my studies.

What field do you currently work in?

Call Center Industry

What fields have you worked in before?

HealthCare and Call Center Industries

What qualifications do you hold?

Diploma, professional and vocational training

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Skills because it sets you apart from the rest. Everyone can have a formal education but not everyone has the ability to implement or apply the skills needed to get the job done efficiently and effectively.

You gain a wide array of perceptions, skills and knowledge from others.

It gives you a sense of accountability.

What was your worst working experience?

Losing a patient while working in the health care industry

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

You can never be an island. You need others to help you learn and grow

Very good interpersonal and communication skills

One where I can share, encourage and be an inspiration to others through my own life experiences and knowledge. One where if anyone comes in contact with me leaves feeling uplifted, encouraged and inspired.

You meet all sorts of people and personalities.

People can be difficult to deal with.
