I am looking for a heavy commercial job as driver. I am 39 years old and I have 13 years of experience class ABCE & I-Articulated.

I have worked as a Driver in the Agricutural sector driving Prime movers and PSV Vehicles
What qualifications do you hold?
I have a High School certificate with a KCSE Certificate. I am also a trained as a defensive driver from Glen Edmond defensive school.
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
I consider formal education and skills because being a driver in the modern society you have to apply learnt skills through past experience in order to achieve targeted objectives.

You gain experince by socializing with them. You also create a conducive organization culture with others. You make long lasting and productive friendship. Gaining Interpersonal relationship with others

You become self motivated and discplined. You are autonomous in decision making policies. You progamm yourself,be punctual and accurate You are the final decision maker.
What was your worst working experience?
My worst work experience is when i was attacked bandits on my way to North Eastern Kenya.I had to cooperate with them to fulfil their needs.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
Being and experienced driver for 13 year I have experienced alot in the transport industry more especially in following safety and healthy precautions to safeguard life amongst the whole community. Ican work independently if given a chance.
What unique skills do you have?
I compare myself as a unique,and talented driver because i have never been involved in any fatal accident, Thanks to the Lord for this unique support.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
As for now I consider to be a Prime Mover Driver because for the last 10 years I have worked with Vehicles class ABCE, I have been comfortable in the transport sector.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
To learn more skills from various fields. To work independently in order to support everybody. To be treated fairly and also treat others fairly.
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
To be ignored when there is a major problem that can solved by the seniors.
