What qualifications do you hold? CPA sec 3,B Com 2nd year,O Levels, Computer packages Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills because practicability is more important than theiretical knowledge. Describe the benefits of working with others You learn how to compromise and have self control. You get an opportunity to help others and be helped. Describe the benefits of working alone You learn responsibility. It is faster since you do not have to wait in on other people. What was your worst working experience? I volunteered to help set up a medical camp at Imbo Usenge in Kisumu but fund raising and organization was to be done in Nairobi on condition that the Foundation I worked for would cater for my expenses in Nairobi. Well they never did that but I could not quit so I had to figure out how to manage. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Always have a plan B and work with people you can trust and rely on. What unique skills do you have? I can do public speaking What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Being an operations Manager in a service industry or a manufacturing company. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? There is no fixed or best way of doing something. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? It is challenging having the whole organization rely on you to make things run smoothly. Why do I want to work for cabin crew at Kenya Airways? It would be an interesting field and a different experience for me and being a service I would like to see if I can make things more efficient as it would be i line with my dream to be an Operations Manager who is basically supposed to improve efficiency.
