I really wouldn't wish to choose between the two because a combination of both would be most ideal.However,as a teacher i am naturally biased towards formal education. What was your worst working experience? I have heard several bad experiences but my worst would have to be when our students went on strike.It was very frightening and i felt helpless. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have learnt never to judge anything at face value,you can never tell what lies beneath the surface. What unique skills do you have? I am very good with people,i have very good communication skills and I am a good team player. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job would be working in an environment where i can realise my full potential. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? What is most interesting about teaching is that you are like a potter with clay.watching the metarmorphosis of a learner from the beginning to the end is quite amazing What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
