Currently i do work with the company of James finlay at one of its tea factory as a laboratory analyst(Quality and Control section,QC) What fields have you worked in before? Worked at James finlay at QC,also worked at Agro chemicals at the same position. What qualifications do you hold? 1.Am a 25yr lady possessing a self-indulgent and sufficient knowledge in Food production with1yr experience at the quality control department at James finlay company.2.Am a diploma holder in Food Science and Technology.3.Am a computer literate having knwoledge of all the packages. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Am self-disciplened lady who can work with very minimal supervision and ready to work as a team and also adhere to instructions given if provided,between i wouln't mind about corrections from any team. Describe the benefits of working with others As far as team work is concern,it help us to share ideas and therefore working as a team can anable us to acquire different and valuable ideas to improve on the already existing production thur optimizing output quality of the company. Describe the benefits of working alone The benefits of working alone is much lesser than that of team work,so i could prefer working as a team,but to mention afew i can say the supervision is minimal,decision making is fast. What was your worst working experience? Where team work is poor,there ain't good communication among the employees and many other vices within the company e.g tribalism,racism e.t.c. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Food Production,Food processing and overall area of integrated science of Food production management systems of various food products,just to mention afew;e.g black and green tea processing among others. What unique skills do you have? I being a self-indulgent food producer,if given an opportunity i can put the prompt ideas in me into action depending on the field i'l be alocated to.I can implement on the improved techniques. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? An executive Food Analyst. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Main areas of expertise include,Quality assuarance and control,inspection of raw materials needed for food production,performing platform tests,reporting on trouble shooting within the process lines,proficiency in microsoft office products among others. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? I can not tell my least area of expertise seens job is job i do not long for the exact proffession i pursued,but under training i can manage to work with related aspects.
