It is quite efficient in some cases because of faster decision making,one can also apply creativity.It also sometimes enhances quick delivery because there are no opposing ideas that is a major setback in team work remember 'too many cooks spoil the broth.'
What was your worst working experience?
One time when we were booking clients for a conference in our hotel there was an oversight between me and my collegue,that means we ended up booking a client yet ther was no room. The client of course was very angry for the inconvinience. I suggested we outsource from the neighbouring hotels something that had never been done in our organisation. After weighing the situation they took up the option and since then outsourcing has been entrenched in our business activities and has led to increased sales.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
Give it your best whenever you are working in any any organisation even where you are dissatisfied;

Great presentation skills and self confidence,Sociable,leadership skills and am very analytical giving me an ease in problem solving.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
A job that fully optimises my talent and skills. A job that involves new challenges everyday and needs me to interact and travel alot.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
Sports involves lots of energy and exictement,. Event organising gives me a thrill and at the end of the day i feel i have managed a challenge perfectly well through creativity and commitment. Giving a customer satisfaction is the best thing you can do in business.
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
None i can think of.

They will get a diligent worker who will exhibit high integrity and honesty. They should expect repeat businesses, a great network of customers brought in to the organisation. They as well should be prepared to give way for me to climb to higher levels of the organisation after sometimes because i will work very hard.
