Skills;
I believe education is an elimination process. Once you acquire certain skills, you become a valuable asset to yourself and the employer.

Team work and delegation of duties should be encourage as everyone becomes clear and there is no assumption that since we are many, subject X will perform a certain duty.

Independence especially in the decision making process. Over reliance on others is eliminated.

What was your worst working experience?
When I authorized for supplies (banners) without double checking the dimensions.
They were too big and had to order for others, only this time round at my cost.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
Never assume that others understand the process as you do.
Always have a check list to cross check that all is well throughout the entire process
What unique skills do you have?
I am quite resourceful, tactful in problem solving and a critical thinker.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
A job with 60% travel, well paying and caters for medical allowances for self and family, has entertainment allowances, caters for mileage / use of own vehicle and promotion and appointments is purely by merit.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
Traveling. Challenging. Socializing as you meet and interact with different people daily.
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
Security, at times we are out in the field selling and in some instances we are attacked.The thugs assume we move around with a lot of cash.
How soon are you willing to take up any position available
Currently, I have no bond with my employer and only require 4 weeks notice or 1 week in lieu of my leave days.
