I have a diploma in public relations,certificates in Microsoft word,ms access,database and publication.I also have a certificate in helping the needy and street children and finally a certificate in course work by st.John's ambulance. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Formal education because you can learn to apply what you have learnt at any given place for the knowledge remains even after school. Describe the benefits of working with others The benefit of working with others is that you learn to work with different characters,gain different skills because everybody is good at something and it makes work easier. I am certified first aider by st.John's ambulance and even won a regional prize. I have good telephone manners,good administration skills,can work under pressure and good communication skills.
