I will like to work in a trade company, acting as a trade agent between Sudan and the rest of the world. Because South Sudan is blessed with natural resources that will be an incentive for foreign investors. South Sudan got a huge population which is a potential market for foreign investors. Am looking forward to work in South Sudan because its a country blessed with natural resources and an emerging economy.And more to that it`s an English speaking nation will be great working. Formal education or skills and why? I consider skills education because you are been taught what is practical on the field. Describe the benefits of working with others Working as a team is very vita for the growth of a business, because togetherness is strength. better decisions can be made because many brains will brain storm over an issue leading to productive decisions. The work is becoming a global village where diversity of cultures is very important. You cant progress without globalization. Describe the benefits of working alone i think working along got a very few strong points, like it gives u a better time to reflects and avoid the problem of conflicts with co-workers. What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience i faced was racism at my job side. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important lesson i have learned in multiculturalism, that is travelling over seas and gaining the foreign working experience. it has opened my mind to globalization. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job is being the Human Resource Manager for a MNC, because am very dynamic willing to learn new cultures and intermediate between people.
