What qualifications do you hold? Nusing degree in Spain Englich advanced level quirurgical nursing(30 hours course) 1 year of experience working in a hospital Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? both of them, formal education that asures you to have the skills to develop your job in an excelent way, and personal values aswell because nursin is woring with people.
