Being flexible and trying different ideas to meet the standard of the given job. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Education is very important for each one of us. But for me, skills is more valuable. It's not about what course you've studied in college. It's about how will you deal with the job that will be given to you. And willingness to learn new things from different career. Everything can be learned. Describe the benefits of working with others You're learning from each other by sharing ideas. It's easy to finish one job by helping each other. What was your worst working experience? My worst experience was being taken for granted by our manager. I made a proposal for the marketing purposes but she never tried to coordinate with me after submitting my proposal to her. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I just realized that everything is possible if you really want to achieved one thing. Just believe in yourself and always be willing to learn new things. That I can do different jobs eventhough it's not my expertise. What unique skills do you have? Being unique is doing different things eventhough it's not your expertise. Everything can be learned. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Honestly I don't really know what my dream job is. I just want a job that I can make the company satisfied with my work and making their guests satisfied with the service we are going to offer. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? I used to work as a receprionist in the Philippines and also in MGM Grand Macau. I enjoyed entertaining the guests, and giving them their needs. If you make them satisfied with your services then made them smile by assisting and giving all the informations they need, it makes me feel very happy. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Nothing. If you really want your job, everything will be interesting. Is it important to the employer how will the interviewee will answer to their questions? Based on my experience, it's not how very good they are in answering all the questions just to satisfied the intervievers. It's how will the applicants deal with the given job.
