Formal education or skills and why? i think both are valuable to us.formal education can mould our charactor a better level,it helps,to know the changes happening in the world easily.skill is an essential thing,for all type jobs.we can improve our skill level through studying and practical tests.it helps sudden diagnosing,solving problems,better quality,giving the particular jobs.knowledge is power,but knowledge without practice is nothing. Describe the benefits of working with others if doing work with others,we get unknown ideas from their,we can ask discuss any major works,we get helps phisically and mentally from them,can reduce our pressure,tension.can enjoy our works.share our problems,and doubts,and choose the better way to find out or compleate our jobs. What unique skills do you have? i have a total experience in automobile field more than 8years,i had worked 5years in india as a mehanic and srevice advisor at a dealership workshops.now i am working in kuwait,suzuki dealership as mechanic.i know mechanic electrical jobs.i can easily find out problems.i can handle customers cool.can easily handling service maintanance manual and wiring diagrams. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? i have many dream jobs,but the first is to work together with flight engine mechanics. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? in our field,we all mechanics enjoying our jobs together.all helps one and other,we getting a good support from our management. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? absence of some special tools,manuals. how u approach a complaint vehicle? first will check,wat is the actual problem,and why it happened.after that take the proper decision for solving the problem,then confirmed by doing road test.
