Formal education or skills and why? both, formal eductation and skills are essential , but i personally prefer skills to be little more valuable then the formal education . because formal education sometime acts as a mandatory process and its become too common .every person under go this process . where as skills are found exceptionally in a person it shows the indepth of the phenomenon and it differentiates a persons ability from others Describe the benefits of working with others we human beings are dependant on others by birth. a person somehow or the other is dependant on others. working together helps us to get more opinions , ideas from others. it develops co ordination, co operation, it enhance innovation, it a good environment for the organisation . it creates a bond that acts as a glue that helps organistion to stick into the term called unity and progress.
