Clerical/SecretarialWhat type of job are you looking for? I am looking for a clerical/Secretarial position that is full time. What nationality are you? I am an American from Kentucky What languages do you speak (and at what level)? I speak English and would like the opportunity to learn Arabic during my extended stay in your country. What country or area are you looking to work in and why? I am looking to move to Kuwait, Kuwait City in August of this year. What countries have you worked in? I have only worked in the United States What countries do you have a visa to work in? I do not have a workers visa but looking to obtain one by an employer in Kuwait. What field do you currently work in? I currently am unemployed, I am taking the summer off to spend time with my family before I relocate. What fields have you worked in before? I have worked in various clerical/secretarial positions for the last five years here in the United States. What qualifications do you hold? I have a H.S. graduate and have taken courses in the Public Relations field. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Depending on one's job that they are trying to obtain. You can have all of the education in the world but you really do not know what to expect until you are in the workforce doing what you were taught. Life skills are invaluable but a formal education is always a hand up in the job market. Describe the benefits of working with others I have always worked with the general public and I enjoy doing so. It has improved my interpersonal communication skills and tolerance for people from all walks of life. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone is great when you have one task you need to complete to tie into the whole outcome of a project, you answer to no one except your superior which is nice. What was your worst working experience? Working for a place I felt that cheated people, I quit immediately. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important thing I have learned throughout my career is the golden rule "do onto others as you would have done to you". Being appreciate of what everyone brings to the workplace. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? I enjoy working with people. So I guess my dream job would be in a work place where I deal with people face to face and having to trouble shoot.
