A total of 6 years in:
• FOUR SEASONS HOTEL ,Damascus – Syria ,Front Desk Agent/Night Receptionist, As A part of the pre-opening team, I underwent the F.S.I.T.B ( Four Seasons International Training Program)
This enhanced my experience in dealing with VIP's and provided me with the ability to maintain the same level of service regardless of personnel and personal problems or the time of the day.
My job in here is a Multi-Tasks job, varies from a regular Check-in/out guests with an emphasis on fulfilling guest's requests, completing rooms reservation and blocking units, handling several telephone calls at any given time, assistance of both guests and visitors with a concierge-type requests, handling guest's complains in conjunction with the management, and keeping them well informed, also I have a good understanding of tasks performed by Housekeeping and guest service. And last but not least training of a new staff as I was named as a designated trainer plus scheduling and monitoring holidays and sickness records within the department.

• FOUR SEASONS HOTEL, Limassol - Cyprus, as a Trainee in F&B department, throughout my practical training in this 5 stars establishment, I had a great chance to experience working in different F&B areas like bars, restaurants with a different service styles, through that, I have gained a good communication, sales and public relations skills, where that was a basic element of each member’s role within the organization, and I would consider that as an outstanding experience into another culture.
