I am looking for a career in management.In my current position as Sales and Marketing Manager for HAVELLS INDIS LTD, my primary goal is to promote the sales of product lines in those areas which I am involved in. I do various promotion campaigns such as product presentation for various customers like Electrical Contractors, Engineers and Builders. I do maintain a good relation with all dealers and distributors which in turn results in acquiring the sales targets.I am looking for a career with Growth.

Why dont the right candidate get the right JOb in gulf countries? we have so much intrest to come there and make our career, why is that we are not getting the oppertunities? why does the company always choose wrong people , who infact will leave the firm in a very short spam of time?
