I am willing to work at any Banking Institution,since I do have a working experience with the Bank.Customer Services,Communications, Hospitality jobs etc.and it could be something with the Government too. What nationality are you? I am an Albanian with the US Citizenship. What languages do you speak (and at what level)? Albanian,Serbian-Croatian and English What country or area are you looking to work in and why? I would like to be working in Kuwait.It would be a life time experience.But it could be any other parts of the world as well.I stated first Kuwait because I have a desire to be working in that country,since they seem to be much opened to the outside world than other Muslim countries.Kuwait reports high rate of growth and progress.I like to enhance my abilities and learn about other countries cultures.I just like to see more out there...I like challenges. What countries have you worked in? I have worked in Kosovo (before the war) and in USA up until February of 2010.when I had to leave USA due to my marital status change. What field do you currently work in? Due to marital status change I now reside in my homeland Kosovo, and as of now I don't have a job. What fields have you worked in before? Before I have worked for the Law Firm, Banking Institutions,Hotels and Suites,In sales etc..And I need to mention one more work that I have done.I have worked as an Interpretor but I had volunteered on that one. What qualifications do you hold? I have worked as a Bank Teller;Customer Service Agent;Interpretor at Children's Hospital in Shreveport, Louisiana etc. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? They both go together and they are very close in order to be able to achieve as much as possible goals.With the formal education is a footstep to get in to a working Institution, while skills could be obtained while working.The most fundamental type of skills one must have to achieve in life are technical skills.In addition, you will need to know how to convey information, verbally or non-verbally to people you are in contact with. These are your interpersonal skills. To succeed at a high level in life you will need to have writing, speaking, presentation, communication, and management/leadership skills amongst others. Describe the benefits of working with others I have an experience working with a lot of people and I do perform very well under any kind of a work pressure and stress.It is very important if needed to be working as teem,we can easily develop a bond with the co-workers,and cultivate a friendship as well.Some of them are great with details, some others with the ideas etc. Describe the benefits of working alone I can perform as well, with no problem at all.I am very confident in myself.Working alone mainly depends on what kind of a job are we trying to finish up.So, for the one who is able and strives on being secluded and has the type of work that doesn't require anyone else. What was your worst working experience? Only until had to learn English in the USA...nothing else. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Do not leave it undone for tomorrow, it might pile up on you... and once you rush to finish it up,it won't look any more in a professional manner. What unique skills do you have? I get adjusted very well in different places other than my own,get connections with people with no problem.The ability to show real concern for others and knowing how to show that concern in interactions with others. Other skills include the ability to help others develop and grow, the ability to create harmony in difficult situations, the ability to know how to motivate others, the ability to understand another's true motives when interacting with them, and many others. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? I have always had a dream to help needy people.Doing something creative that the others could benefit too..Make some legacy Dream big and use this opportunity to give something to the world.
