As English Trainer and provided B.P.O Training What qualifications do you hold? Graduate ( B.Sc. )- Biology Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills - Because it give the right attitude to your calibre. Describe the benefits of working with others Knowledge sharing, Feeling of cooperation, creation of supportive and healthy atmosphere. Describe the benefits of working alone Though the concentration will be more for work, but the thoughts will be single handed and if there are mistakes so no way to make them appropriate What was your worst working experience? Being good in english speaking, parents of rural girls does not allow them to do job and so i found my labor incomplete. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Be trustworthy about your work and work should be complete out withing the fix time frame, because you need not to speak about your self, YOUR WORK SPEAKS ABOUT YOUR SELF. What unique skills do you have? Independently can handle any work. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? To make students sound and perfect in English speaking and in NGO job ( a good, punctual and result oriented employee ) What are the most interesting aspects of your field? I tried to discover and implement new ideas and thoughts to trained the students in English speaking and so I work in my present job by giving good, attractive and approaching look to my reports.
