I am a graduate of BSN and a license nurse in Philippines. I have a 2 year experienced as a staff nurse. I am also trained IV therapist and an active Red cross member.
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
For me formal education gives a deep foundation to what skills we possess. it also serve as the baseline of our capability of doing such skills.

there's a big benefits working with other because it help us to understand the life out side our shell. we also get a chance to learn different things from different kind of people. it also helps us to enhance our communication skills.

primarily the benefits is that you can focus on what you are doing because you don't have to deal with other's opinion, and you can finish it instantly.
What was your worst working experience?
dealing with so many patients, exceeding the normal ratio of a nurse to a patients.

as a nurse we have to show our dedication to our profession because it is what we bound to do.
