JOB PROFILE:
Responsible for all installation and commissioning of 45000 TPA plant including 8MW Captive Power Plant for Liaoning Birla Carbon Co. Ltd, China (In Liaoning Province North-East Of China).
Responsible to Head of Engg & proj. assisted by a team of Asst. Managers, Executives & Technicians.
Major thrust areas are cost optimization through Project Implementation.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
6 Assisting the team responsible for improving Company’s bottom line through improved plant operation & various cost-effective measures. (4% increase in Plant Availability & 10% reduction in Stores Cost).
6 Projects worth 30 million USD to install 45000 TPA Carbon Black Plant including 8MW Captive Power Plant
6 Projects worth 20 million USD to install 30000 TPA Carbon Black Plant including 8MW Captive Power Plant
6 Successfully implemented various energy conservation activities (resulted a saving of 8% Power Consumption).
