Higher National Diploma in Automobile Engineering, City & Guilds of London Technician Certificate in Motor Vehicle Systems, Welding and Hydraulics Systems. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills work is much more useful in this dynamic world in as much basic education is paramount. Describe the benefits of working with others Gaining experience from each other and to make work easy when is to be done. Describe the benefits of working alone 97% concentration no distraction and excellent finishing. What was your worst working experience? Safety is paramount (No. 1). No safety and no appropriate equipment (Tools) in the workshop. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
