Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both. You got to have formal education coupled with skills to better perform duties. Describe the benefits of working with others Teamwork and learning. In working with others, you don't only have a chance of learning but of teaching. Describe the benefits of working alone Can complete jobs the way you want it. What was your worst working experience? Designing a greas/oil trap system that did not work to certain degree and needed to be refined by a senior engineer. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Every design or other jobs done must be cross checked by other engineers (who are senior). What unique skills do you have? Can fix equipment and machinery. Hands on type of jobs can easily be done by me. I am more comfortable with design and project management. What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
