Purchasing Executive Purchasing Executive Job Description: 1. Responsible to carry out all purchasing duties for a wide range of products and materials. 2. Source new parts / product or alternative sources in line with consistent quality, delivery capabilities and terms favorable to the company to achieve best outcomes in respect to price, value and service levels. 3. Responsible for sourcing, selection and evaluation of existing and new suppliers. 4. Working closely with suppliers on long term cost reduction and pricing which are advantages to the company. 5. Ensure material(s) planned is/are purchased to meet targeted turns and on time delivery. 6. Responsible to perform cost analysis to ensure competitiveness and compliance with customers’ expectation. 7. Ensure supplier selection conform to quality, cost and delivery. 8. Able to prepare cost analysis reports with recommendations. Job Requirements: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Purchasing Management/Business Studies/Administration or equivalent. 2. Minimum 2-3 years of purchasing experience in Hotel and Casino industry. 3. Computer literate and have good interpersonal skills. 4. Self motivated and result oriented. 5. Good communication skill.
