Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others enables both giving and getting support thus encouragement. It is also a good way of learning from others and rethinking ideas. I enjoy being part of a team as I enjoy being with people. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone has its rewards in that it enables you to take an idea or project forward without the time it takes to go through the processes associated with team work. It also forces you to think on your feet. Another benefit is knowing exactly what is going on in respect of the project and limits the possibility of communication problems or bits of work not being done due to thinking someone else is doing them. Working alone allows much more control over the project. What was your worst working experience? Standing in a witness box for a day and a half because I had not done my homework properly.
