What type of job are you looking for?

I am looking to work with any NGOs

What nationality are you?

My nationality is Lao and I am originally from a minority of Khmu

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

1. Lao: Khmu, Lao and Hmong a little bit 2. Thai 70% 3. English 70%

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

I am looking to work in Laos and prefer in northern Laos as It's my hometown. By the way, I like the environment and culture.

What countries have you worked in?

I have never worked abroad before but would be great to try if there is a chance to.

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

I do not have visa for working in any countries out of Laos but willing to have if there is anyway posible.

What field do you currently work in?

I am curently working in tourism industrial

What fields have you worked in before?

I have worked in the fields of: - Hotel management - Tour guide - Tour Manager

What qualifications do you hold?

In generally, to me I seriously hold these qualifications for my work 1. Be friendly, respect and helpful to my colleagues. 2. Be puntual, Patien, creative and honest.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

I would consider that education is more valuable than skill because if you are not educated you would never have a skill. First you learn to work, you learn slowly once you are skillful you do It quick and quality.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Working in tourism industrial in quite a good pay but It's something that is not permanant acording to the season.

What was your worst working experience?

My worst experience was when I work with unfair unfriendly people

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

The most important sector that I have learnt was how to manage people, It is an iportant part of mangement

What unique skills do you have?

I am quite good with dealing and teaching people

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

I like working in a management team in any field, especially I like working with someone who considers in liabilities of people not degree because someone do not have degree but they would love to learn new thing and quick is better than someone who holds high degree but no quality. Just give them chances.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

The most interesting aspect of my fields is when I meet new different people and learn new diferent things.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

In my field I consider that the least interesting aspect is when the low season comes, not too many tourists not interesting at all.
