By far skills and experience because books can teach you so much but life even more Describe the benefits of working with others Share experiences that you did not experience and even more beneficial when working with different nationality Describe the benefits of working alone If you have experience working with others a lot working alone could be OK, specially if you are working on documents or training manuals What was your worst working experience? Tell you the truth I never had any. I worked for more then 33 years and always got along with my co-workers. I never pu my self in difficult situation What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Friendship and trust. If you do not know it, do not be afraid to ask for help. You can not do everything alone What unique skills do you have? Able to communicate and always listen to other people What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Now? Teaching French or English to primary class kids in Lao What are the most interesting aspects of your field? My field in IT? Creating tools to helps users enjoy their work What are the least interesting aspects of your field? I loved all aspects of my fields, so I can not think of any least interresting Why want to work in Lao? I loved the people. For me Lao people have not been westernized and it is nice to see.
