Beyond the mechanics, we all have a responsibility to make the workplace a friendly and pleasant place to be. That means everyone working for the common good and making the necessary personal sacrifices towards that good. Describe the benefits of working alone I am quite happy working alone when necessary. I don't need much constant reassurance. But I prefer to work in a group. So much more gets achieved when people pull together What was your worst working experience? I believe in planning and proper management of my time. Although I feel my biggest achievements are still ahead of me. Think, make decision and targets. I am able to learn from my achievements and mistakes. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? More than anything, I have learned that what is good for the company is good for me. So I listen very carefully to directions and always keep my boss informed of my actions. There are two general things I have learned from the past jobs. The first is: if you are confused, ask. It's better to ask a naive question than make a stupid mistake. The second is; It is better to promise less and produce more. What unique skills do you have? (Through interests, family responsibilities, voluntary, sport, membership of clubs and organisations). Working for Laos Association, part-time voluntary, I gained important insights into the value of teamwork and how to collabate effectively with other manager to produce an agreed output of work. My high-speed machining background and familiarity with your equipment will allow me to contribute quickly. I understand deadlines, delivery schedules and the importance of getting the product despatched quickly. Finally, my awareness of economy and profit has always kept reject parts to a bare minimum. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Bsc., (Hons) Management and Design in Engineering, Graduated 1997. I have had a lot relevant experience dealig with Community and cash. In the engineering or public sector and feel your company would be an ideal opportunity to further my career in this field.
