Reservation Officer Tiger Trail is a local tour operator, based in Luang Prabang, who specializes in day excursions and longer trip through the whole of Laos. We have a team of 50 members in positions of management, sales, operations, tour guides, drivers and assisting personnel. Currently we are looking for a Reservation Officer to join our team. Responsibilities: • Handling all tour related booking to hotel, guesthouses, Airlines, Busses, restaurants, etc. • Replying quickly and in correct English • Handling urgent matters • Keeping accurate administration of all bookings • Negotiating prices • Finding new opportunities Demands: • Preferably a female Lao National • Finished degree is business or English • Fluent in English speaking and writing • Experience in related industry is beneficial • Microsoft Office knowledge • Excellent communication skills • Proactive, personality • Able to work independently • Team player We offer: • Market conform salary • Well defined secondary benefits • The possibility to continue studying • A fun team to work with!
