That is a loaded and quite un-answerable question. They both benefit you in different ways. I cannot say that the blacksmith who learned his skill from his father is less valuable than the child in school. Describe the benefits of working with others Working together is the epitome of civilization, society, development and sustainability. Without each other to work with, we are nothing, and we fall short. Describe the benefits of working alone One can promote ideas and initiatives that are completely personal. One can get more done sometimes, less distractions. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Every customer is a different human being. There is nothing more reliable than your hands and the wonders they can do. Having a good, and healthy working environment is the perfect thing for efficient work. What unique skills do you have? I am good with my hands, I do not like to brag about anything but I am a creative fellow and WILL encourage alternative ways of doings things - for the sake of helping, never for the sake of making life harder. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Head of some sort of organization which promotes, secures, and creates sustainable communities. (communities with no reliance on state electric and agricultural institutions) communities with reliance on themselves and the renewable energy they produce.
