Only Lebanon, But i was a flight attendant in the MEA 'middle east airlines' base in Lebanon and i have see many cultures in Europe , Africa, Asia What field do you currently work in? i'm a Front office reservation and night audit What fields have you worked in before? i was a flight attendant in MEA 'middle east airline' base lebanon What qualifications do you hold? Major in BA “business administration” “management” Arab Open University Lebanon + Open University UK ‘ Personal Skills& Character: Hard working spirit, very dynamic and sociable. Interested in reading, swimming, camping, jogging and public relations. MEA License’s: safety & security & type of aircraft A320/321/330 ‘AIRBUS’, dangerous goods, fire fighting, first aid, ditching, evacuation. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both are valuable but it depends on the policy of the company: 1- Some company to let you enter you should be finished your BACC II and she make sessions and courses every year to motivate their staff and to give them more and more skills, and the formal education it’s not essential in this company. Ex: when I was in MEA to apply for a higher rank you should pass the exam that happen every year if not you will remain in the same rank till the next year and to try again. 2- Other company it’s depend in the formal education same a bank, if you don’t have a major you can’t got a higher rank. My viewpoint is that any firm should give chance to their staff its better for both ‘owner and employees. Describe the benefits of working with others The benefits of working with others lets you accustomed with much kind of cultures and let you build new skills and know how to communicate. Describe the benefits of working alone The benefit of working alone is that you can control you work if is a small one and you work from your deep heart because you know that all the profit is for you only. What was your worst working experience? When i worked in a company (??) that don’t motivate their staff. I feel boring and become to lose my skills and unmotivated. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To respect others and be open-minded and use the collaboration in work. What unique skills do you have? I don’t take any action will happen in my work as a personal reason. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? I’m interesting to build my own business. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? the most interesting aspects of my field is : to be honest with in my work and usual life to use the collaboration with others. to make low profit more get high number of sell What are the least interesting aspects of your field? I don’t care about the location because if you have a good reputation whenever you are you will be famous.
