Definitely Skills are important especially in fields like Dentistry which is integration of Science(Where knowledge is important) and Art(where creativity,precision and talent is important).No wonder now Field of dentistry is better known as "The Art Of Dentistry". Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others inculcates a spirit of cooperation, enthusiasm, understanding diversity and still getting to know we all have a common platform, we all are humble, prospering human beings. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone provides opportunity to complete work with full dedication and at a faster pace.Working alone can sometimes yield best results as everyone feels that if a work is to be done perfectly(which meets at-least your expectations) it has to be completed by none other than you. What was your worst working experience? In the year 2005 I planned to move to the Capital(Delhi) and start private practice. I had done partnership with a Physiotherapist and we started our profession in a common rented building.Things were begining to improve until one day that Gentleman quietly left me.After that all share of rent etc fell on me and i did not get profit as much as i expected. This seemed like a waste of time for me. Luckily I got Selected in a Dental Speciality Centre and then a Defence Establishment later. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To Keep it short- Honesty, Sincerity and Importance of Time Management. What unique skills do you have? I am always cheerful and motivating. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Working as a Senior Dental Surgeon in a fully furnished and hi Tech Operatory and providing quality dental treatment to my Patients. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Esthetic Restorations,Laminates and Fixed Orthodontic Treatment. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Cleaning bad teeth and swollen gums. I find Periodontics least Interesting.
