ngo medical officeravailable ; previous experience working in S LebanonDear Sir Madam, I am a retired medical officer from the Irish Defence Forces. I have served in the Southern part of Lebanon ( - Tibnine area) on 5 tours of duty with UNIFIL between 1980-1999 I have been considering returning to Lebanon as a NGO - medical officer , as the toll war has again taken is heartbreaking. This is particularly so as those of us who served in Lebanon did so in the belief that we had achieved something of a lasting peace . This of course was all reversed with the recent Israeli invasion in the South ( West Bank / Gaza ) I am 60 years of age . I would be interested in being involved in clinical work , but I would be prepared to consider any position you may consider fitting to my circumstances.
