Skills, because if the person doesn't have experience in the field he/she wont have the ability to be sucessful in the field, on the other hand of corse education is important but education only teaches theory although they do offer practical courses but that is not enough for proffesionalism to take place... Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others in a team is great for motivation and ideas to be shared and known, also moral in the work place growth and it gives job satisfaction also self satisfaction, and building relationships with other among good communication Describe the benefits of working alone There is an old saying "If you want something done right do it Your self if i want to do my job zero defect i have to rely and trust my own skills and experience to be able to do it right What was your worst working experience? worst experience was while working for habtour hotel in beirut when i was experiencing a problem with one costumer who showed unrespectfull manners by trying to impress me with some words which was not at the right time in the right place. he disrespected me when i turned him down although i was polit and i turned him down with a smile on my face saying sir excuse me but it is really not the perfect time for this now when he went angry and started showting i responded back by saying welcome sir but i will call the manager maybe he could offer you something that will calm you down .. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? do yout job impress the organization your in handle problems in a respectful way show positive reaction always smile and be friendly What unique skills do you have? sense of hummer friendly hard worker organized handling problems What would you consider as your 'dream job'? my dream job is to be in a job where im satisfied with a good position that would make me motivated to accomplish the organizations work zero defect. to impress the organization so i could be satisfied psychologically and financially.
