I think both are important since something u cant get it from formal education you get it from skills and from experience in lifa and viceversa. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others is very good cause there are many things that one doesnot know and need the help for others.Also working as a team make the institue to be improved by sharing ideas.We have not to forget the flavor of competetion that improve work.
