I have a BA of Social services at the Social School of Social Training at Saint Joseph University and a BA of Education at Saint Joseph University. I've worked with dysfunctional families. I've organized a workshop for adolescence. I've participated in TOT about sexual education. I've participated in Youth Leadership training. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider formal education and skills are both essential. They are complimentary. The formal education supports the knowledge and theories but work can't be done without the skills to translate them. Describe the benefits of working with others It supports creativity, team building, interdisciplinary work so that the productivity can be more rich. It develops each member's personality and their social skills. Describe the benefits of working alone Less tension and problems, no negative competitions, independent decisions. What was your worst working experience? I don't have one. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Motivation is important.
