BGoth of them are necesaries, and complement each other.If you have skills you will perform better if also have qualifications. and viceversa.
Describe the benefits of working with others
It is very important working with other, because you learn every day from each person you work with. You learn from other's point of view about the work, about life, relationships, yourself, and that make your work richer. Also make of you a greatest person if you really listen to others. In the other hand you can enjoy more your time and your job while working with others.
Describe the benefits of working alone
I don't like to work alone all the time. The benefit I can see, it is maybe you can concentrate more, if writing, or planning.
What was your worst working experience?
Once in a weekly meeting, I wanted to talk and say my opinion. It was very important to me. So my boss interrupted me each time I started to talk. that was happening during 2 meetings ago. His attitud was like " I don't need your opinion" or "I already know...". there was other 2 people doing the same with me, interrupting me. So I explode and cried. Then I felt shameful and left the meeting.Next day I explain to my boss what happened to me. he promised to hear me and I gave my opinion.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
The most important thing I had learnt is about humility, that you never should think "I am the only one who know about this or that". Sometimes the most unexpected people could give you a solution or a great surprise.

Always working in a team with smart and great people,who should like what they do. whatever work where I can use my skills helping others is the paradise for me.

I don t have problem with this issue. I reaaly enjoy a lot working. Usually I work all the time neccessary to finish my daily objectives and goals.
