Is looking to fill the following positions:

1- Legal Counselor

with an MBA degree in penal law or specializing in the field of banking law, with a background in analyzing and phrasing banking contracts in both English and Arabic, preparing memorandums of declaration, giving legal counseling in the various operations, preparing memorandums and foundation contracts, along with the ability to modifying them

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English (written and spoken) and will have excellent computer skills.

2- Executive Secretary

A minimum of five-years experience working in a busy office. A legal background is preferred, but not essential.
