I think skills are more important.Really with what i have seen in a lot of years of experience with dealing with diffrent people, is that people can hold a lot of qualifications (formally) and really not understand anything in that field of prefessionalism. As a person i think that it doesn't matter how qualified u are for anything anywhere know one is able to know everything!
Describe the benefits of working with others
Working with others brings the best opportunity to gain more life experience. It can change a persons life around because they will be dealing with any kind of work at a practical level instead of learing from behind a computer or etc, they will have a hands on experience. As they say your eyes learn more than your ears.
Describe the benefits of working alone
Working alone is better if a person doesn't want to stand out in front of others and work at their own pace.Sometimes working alone can be more effective especially if a person is dealing with children. Its know that if a child is exposed to more than one teacher it can effect the child's learning.
What was your worst working experience?
If i could remember only one that would have been great, dealing with people over the years has exposed me to a lot of miss understanding or miss interpreted situations.Self control is what i had to be good at to get me out of a lot of rude people or upset people or even people that were looking for someone to just click at.As a sales person or as a teacher or even as a worker in the family buisness, making sure that i took care of any situation in a prefessional and enthusiastic manner was always the answer. My conclusion would be people not satisfied in what i was offering is was always my worst working experience and is always going to be.But i can say this much thats how i have learnt throughout the years.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
Always to solve any manner in a prefessional way or it will go way out of hand.
What unique skills do you have?
I have lots of skills everyone does.My well known skills are, i know how to deal with people and children i have always been told that i am a natural in dealing with children and especially adults.Patience i think is the key to any bright future and even life.being a mother also gives me a lot of unique skills in life that a rare these days.oh yeah did i tell u i am the worlds best talker now that i get more then anything else....
