Degree in bachelor of social work Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills. Because at times a person can be highly educated with no skills hence unable to perform the job they have to. Describe the benefits of working with others I believery in unity. Job is easier to handle as more skills are combined. Also more skills are learned from others. Describe the benefits of working alone It speeds the speed rate in which the work is done as there are no arguments. What was your worst working experience? Dealing with sexual issues with older people and seeing them reluctant to talk because they think i am young and cannot help them. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To treat every person individually not comparing them with the previous client because people are different and deserve special treatment. What unique skills do you have? Listening skill, intervening skill, fascilitator,evaluator,refferal skills. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Social worker dealing with orphans and elderly What are the most interesting aspects of your field? It deals with dailly eperiences a person encounters,it empowers people and brings stability in life. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? It is less recognised and people do not understant what it really is and that it exists. Why do u need a social work job not anyt other? I love helping the needy,the poor and helpless.
