What type of job are you looking for?

Any type of job that is related to social work profession.

What nationality are you?

Mosotho.

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

Sesotho and English, both at average.

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Lesotho. This is because I would like to make a difference like other people in my country as there are many social related problems affecting Basotho.

What countries have you worked in?

Lesotho.

None.

What field do you currently work in?

None.

What fields have you worked in before?

Counselling, workshop organiser, project coordinator.

What qualifications do you hold?

Bachelor of Social Work.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Formal education. This is because formal education enhances the skills that one may have and enables them to better understand what they do.

Describe the benefits of working with others

One learns from others and unity also makes production quicker.

Describe the benefits of working alone

One can make decisions quickly if necessary and also work at his/her own pace.

What was your worst working experience?

My first week at work was terrible as I had no work to do at all.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

I have learnt that confidentiality is the best tool for the kind of work I did.

What unique skills do you have?

Computer skills, persuasion skills, communication skills.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Project Manager

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

One feels what he/she is doing, helping other people in need.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Working with law breaker as they could be harmful to me.
