I was a business administration student and majored in Human Resource management thus would be interested in any business related field , be it Banking or Hospital What nationality are you? I am looking forward to work in Liberia , the reason being that it has been a war tone-zone previously thus is in a state of Development and i think as haven been a Human resource student and a worker as well my services would be needed to help in the development of Liberia. I also believe to learn a lot from the people of Liberia What countries have you worked in? With the exception of Ghana which is my country i have never traveled anywhere before. I do consider Formal education as an individual because it helps to enlighten you and compel you to learn more. Describe the benefits of working with others The benefit of working with others help you as an individual to learn things you might have not known , thus it enables you to pursue for more achievements. Describe the benefits of working alone The benefit of working a lone helps in the realization that it is not everything that you consult others to help you with thus help you to be more independent. What was your worst working experience? my worst working experience was when i did my national service in a private firm where the boss was too bossy to the extent and he lacked what i call human relation with others . It actually made seven others to quit the job within the first year of service and i think as a Human Resource person its really bad for any Organization. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important lesson i have learn t throughout my career is , one needs to know how to deal with workers when it comes to communication as well as how to deal with people we control at work What unique skills do you have? some of the unique skills i do have is i am able to associate well with people What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Working as a Banker would be my dream job What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The most interesting aspect of my field is how to relate with people and showing concern for people.
