I am willing to work in Liberia and any part of Liberia.Because I want know/see some other places in Liberia, most especially the various Counties. What countries have you worked in? I have work in Liberia Only. What countries do you have a visa to work in? I don't have a Visa to work in any other Country What field do you currently work in? I work in the ICT Field, most especially the Technical Area. What fields have you worked in before? All along I have been working in the ICT field in the Technical Area. What qualifications do you hold? I hold a qualification as a Software Tester. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I will consider Skills to be valuable to me. Why? because,in learning,if you just want to learn something because you see other people during it, which ofcus you don't have that skills, passion for it, definitely you are not going to move to the next stage. But if u have passion for something and have the skill,i.e, maybe you at an early stage you have been trying in that particular area, but u also been finding it somehow difficult to come up,now if you had somebody just to direct you, definitely you are going to come up, because you have the skills, so there won't be too much difficulties for you to move. Describe the benefits of working with others I have Benefited greatly from working with others, because my field that I am in now, is a very big field, that you can't know all at once.Working with other people,sharing ideas with one another,with that it has help me greatly. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone it is also good at times, why? because sometime, when you are given a piece of job to do, most especially in your area of specialization, you will like to sit alone to carry on some logical thinking to complete that Job. So it good to work alone sometimes. What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience was in 2008, at time I was working with a local NGO in Liberia.I and my Boss was very closed, I always use to do most of work in the Office.On this day,he ask me to prepared a budget,which he wanted on his desk as soon as he get back. He did give me all necessary information and he left,so I couldn't complete until he can come, at that moment,my cousin came to see me on serious issues, why discussing with her, my boss came and got angry with me. I try to explained, but he refused to listen to me.He give me a suspension letter, which I felt very bad. After my suspension, when I came back, he started to ignore me,restricting me from touching things in the Office. I saw that it wasn't a good sign, I had no option but to sent in a letter of resignation. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
