It's not easy to differentiate the two fields, Formal education is the basis of theory (COMPUTATION, MATH, IDEAS, LOGIC.) and while skills is being acquired thru experiences, (ACTUAL LEARNING). I can say if both character was being possessed and then that is the better and most valuable..
